Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes life gets busy or your plans change, and you may need to cancel your appointment with us.
However, to ensure that other patients can access our medical services, we have a strict cancellation policy and accounts must be settled before your next booking. In urgent situations, we will always do our best to accommodate your needs.

We are committed to providing transparent and fair pricing for our services by keeping the out of pocket fee consistent where possible. MBS rebates increase periodically, and our price list may not immediately reflect these changes.

A $15 new patient fee applies to all individuals who have not attended our practice.

Special services, such as mental health appointments, antenatal/pregnancy appointments, care plans, wound care, stitches, skin excisions, and more, may incur different upfront fees based on the services provided. However, we strive to keep out-of-pocket costs consistent whenever possible.

Some procedures may incur additional dressing or equipment fees.

No reduced rates will be offered on Public Holidays.

Pathology tests or radiology scans may have out-of-pocket fees from your chosen providers, which are beyond our control. Please check with your provider regarding any extra fees for your tests.

We cannot guarantee that you will receive a rebate from Medicare or your insurance company for our services.
Billing policy for existing patients at Brunswick Community Clinic

Existing patients of Dr. Chin and Dr. Lo may continue to be bulk billed by Dr Ali Sheaar.

If you choose to see another provider at our practice, services will be billed according to our standard billing schedule.
